Lunya Cosmetics is the trade name of Bait Al Dalal SPC, commercial registration no. 1674091, verified on Maroof Oman under no. 443. We are based in Muscat, Wilayat Al Seeb, Al Mabela.

4 Service providers

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Running the store, however, relies on service providers who process your data on our behalf, only to operate the service and only as much as needed.

Messaging platform

We receive WhatsApp messages through an official Meta partner. Conversations are stored with that partner so our customer service team can reply and follow up on orders.

Automated assistant

Your messages may be handled by an AI assistant that runs on our servers and uses an AI model to understand the message and draft a reply. Messages are used for this purpose only and are not used to train the models. When asked, the assistant says it is automated, and you can ask for a team member at any time.

Delivery companies

We share your name, phone number and address with our approved delivery company to deliver your order within Oman or to the GCC countries.

Payment

Online store orders are paid through the Amwal Pay gateway (Apple Pay and debit cards), and we do not keep any bank or card details on our website. WhatsApp and Instagram orders are paid by bank transfer, and we keep the mobile number used for the transfer as a reference to match the payment.

Each provider uses the data only to perform its service, and only as much as needed.
